Hi, I've installed the trial version of the new X3 on http://amazingpics.net but there are a few issues ive noticed (the same issues are seen on your demo site too).
I tried using Different browsers, latest chrome, firefox etc but with the same result. Here is the problem I'm facing:
1) Visit domain http://amazingpics.net --->works fine.
2) On home page, scroll down (below the text that reads "Welcome to the X3 photo gallery demo website" ) and click on any one of the Galleries (for example "Mother Nature) and the gallery doesnt load. Keeping the cursor on the item shows the link, but clicking on it the URL doesnt change and neither does it load anything except the header. However if you move the cursor over the blank part of the page you can see as if there are some links present and clicking randomly there takes you to some gallery.
BUT when you copy paste & visit the link DIRECTLY, then it loads fine ( Example http://amazingpics.net/galleries/nature/
3) Same issue faced even here : http://amazingpics.net/galleries/ ----> then click on any gallery. ( this seems to work fine at random times)
4) Similar thing here : Visit http://amazingpics.net/examples/ and click "Gallery Variations" and you'll notice the same load issues.
I've tried pausing cloudflare etc but it makes no difference. Any ideas?

This is a browser-issue, perhaps related to an extension, else it would have been reported from others and/or I would be able to reproduce it.

- This should not be related to Cloudflare, especially if you have the same problem in our DEMO. I see you have some Cloudflare javascript loading on your website, specifically for EAGER apps, but I can't specifically see this is affecting anything.
- Try opening the website in a Chrome "Incognito" private window (with all extensions disabled).
- Try opening Chrome menu > View > Developer > Javascript Console when viewing the website. See if there are any errors that appear when you click on the links. Likely there would be an error, which is blocking execution of the click.

Ok, some more clues here at least related to "localstorage" ... It just says "localstorage" and no other message? Seems like you have blocked all cookies from websites in your browser, either through the browser settings, or perhaps some extension. In modern days cookies is not just "cookies", but also HTML5 web storage, which modern apps like X3 use to store information in the browser. It seems to be disabled or blocked, or perhaps your browser has issues with write permissions.eskimo121 wrote:i see these errors in the chrome console:

- Additional errors could easily be caused by a "domino" effect caused by the first.
- I tested with cookies (web storage) disabled in Chrome browser, and it still works from here (as it should) ... Although almost all browsers have web storage (cookies) enabled, we had to make sure no error was created for those with web storage disabled. I suspect some extension in your browser, possibly a security extension in Windows OS.
- You still have a Cloudflare javascript loaded into your page, and although I doubt it has any impact, it is still a suspect. You have some kinda Cloudflare "app" added?
- Yes, x3.min.js is the core X3 javascript file, which by default is loaded from CDN.

no, none of the cookies are blocked at all. and i double checked it. Also , same thing happens in Incognito mode with all extentions disabled. (i checked to see if some 'NOSCRIPT 'like extention was present and there was none.
The cloudflare thing you talk about --- do I need to hit "pause" on cloudflare.com control panel since I'm using it through the API in Imagevue Panel? Either way, the issue persists.

I see now it has nothing to do with localstorage, and we can probably exclude Cloudflare also, else it would fail here also ... Besides, you mentioned you got the same issue in our demo gallery. Also, you said you got the same issue in Firefox? If so, we can probably rule out browser extensions/settings also.screenshot : http://imgur.com/a/TGVd8
I'm starting to suspect a possible circumstantial X3 bug ...
- Do you happen to be using a large screen with touch-support?
- Does anything change if you first load http://amazingpics.net/contact/, navigate to "home", and THEN try to click the item?
