Hello Karl, I've installed one of the first X3 releases, maybe 0.16, on an internal server that I use for testing and experimentations but that contains many pictures since doing tests without a good picture base is useless. I'd like to update this one to 0.21.
Can I simply download the nocontent.zip and unpgrade it?

Yes, that should not be a problem. There was some changes in X3 [0.18], and you can follow the "Upgrade Checklist" in that post if you want, but it is not strictly necessary. You will probably need to re-configure a few things, but settings, pages and galleries will work.
