Every time I try to create a new page I get a grayed out folder. What has to be done to make this folder visible? Also, they seems to be a folder/page missing. Will the interface to make customization possible change in the future? Doing it the way we are doing it now only get me broken pages. The main thing right now is just getting a folder. I had asked you this before and I did not understand the answer about what needs to be done to basically start from scratch. Even if I delete everything from the server some changes remain, how is this possible?

Add a numeric value as prefix.

1. Visibility: True / False (i.e. Hidden or Visible - still allows access via direct URL)
2. Disabled: True / False (i.e. Disabled or Enabled - prevents access via direct URL).

I don't think we have any immediate plans on changing the numeral requirement, but we want to "automate" it from the panel, and I don't see why we cannot also incorporate the settings you suggested (or at least one of them).

Really impressed with the documentation. Thank you for spending the time Karl to invest in a rock solid portal for all ImageVue support documentation and examples.
