Site suddenly not loading

24 Jun 2013, 07:55

Hello!
Imagevuex has run practically without problems for a long long time, until today.
All of a sudden, the page completely stops loading, and is black.

The admin module is still working.

Can someone take a look at it for me? My page is at http://baka.dk

I am not home and do not have ftp access to my host until later today, though.

Any help appreciated.

Looks like you may have been hacked ... This would be possible if you at some time left your admin open, or if someone sniffed your password ... or it could be from another application on your website.

Or actually Im not quite sure ... I just got some strange browser response first time I visited ... and there is some behavior I have never witnessed before, the SWF suddenly unloads itself ...

I'll try to upgrade to the latest build and see what happens.
I'll report back shortly.

Replacing the CMS with the latest version did not help.

I have no idea why it is not working. I deleted all other non-essentials from my web hotel, and aside from the contents and admin folders, everything that has to do with Imagevue has been replaced.

Hm. It is working again now. Maybe the server was having a bad day?

It is working here also ...

My guess is that when you upgraded, it fixed it but perhaps you did not see it immediately because of either local cache or proxy cache. Furthermore, I am guessing that earlier some file became corrupted somehow ...
