Wanted to try out video on ImagevueX for the first time and uploaded two different videos to test with. Before that I converted the videos with "Any Video Converter" software, from wmv a mpg to x264 mp4. I uploaded the files to one of my gallery-folders on my site and it shows up, but when I hit play it just seems to be loading.
I then tried with a small, low resolution mp4 file I found online, and that starts fine.
Is there any limitations on bitrate or similair? The documentation on the video feature is pretty poor, for example I hade to read the comments here

to even find out how to add the video...so there might be some more information missing I guess.

There are not limitations created by Imagevue on MP4 video files in terms of size or bitrate, that is why we do not document it. Flash/SWF supports mp4 video, and thats it basically. If you are having problems with mp4, I would need to see a link.
I have one similar issue with a client earlier. After a lot of research, it turns out the server was misconfigured and not correctly returning the filesize of the file ... Therefore, the file did not start playing until it was fully loaded.
