Disabling SWFAddress

29 Mar 2013, 05:38

Hey Karl, Nick.
Just a quick question.
By disabling the SWF Address option so there's no path in the browser bar, does it have any other influence on the gallery.
I mean for instance, troubles with google analytics etc...

I did researches about disabling SWF Address overall effects but couldn't find recent answers.
Thanks for your lights guyz

When disabling SWFAddress, you loose "deep-linking" functionality and browser history navigation (previous/next). There is no "trouble" with google analytics, except you loose the capability to track statistics within your gallery. The tracking for your main domain/url will still be the same.
