Which logo do you want to remove ? It doesn't seem to be on my version.
Or was it just the mobile site header?
If so you could just change this header photo named mobile-global-header.jpg
in the mobile part of gallery settings..

If you're speaking about the logo in the Footer, just change Settings > Mobile > Footer to your liking.

To replace the logo that in bookmark bubble and when you add Imagevue to Home Screen in iOS, upload your own iv-config/apple-touch-icon.png
