I have the same problem. I'm installing into Imagevue X2.8.2. I put the Exra folder in my main folder with iv-config, etc. I'm told I've successfully logged in and then that same "missing files" message appears.

Please help.

Sorry guys, but I'm out of time currently.
This error is related to files security on your server.
You need to look at the files permitions and .htaccess file whether anything is blocking xml files.
