Is possible obtain the file in format .fla of photoblinds, and change it whith another efects???

What do you mean "other effects"? You have a lot of optional parameters to change the visualization of the photoblinds, and you can read about it here:

You cannot change to other effects though - This is photblinds effect.
The effect is a module built in to Imagevue, so you cant edit it any more than the settings, but there are many settings as you can see ... We used to provide a standalone FLA file for this, but that was obviously not for use in Imagevue - Just a standalone module.
