Fotomoto Dispaly Problem

14 May 2011, 09:07

I have just started using the software and find it better than anything out there.

But I have two problems, one minor the other major.

1: When using FF4 the upload image button is missing, but in IE9 it is there and I can browse to my local directories, I know this is not a major problem, but I am not a big fan of IE.

2: If I try to use photomoto to order a fine print, the viewable area of the photomoto screen obstructs the continue / place order button, plus there is no scroll bar to allow the movement to the lower obstructed area of the screen.

I have done a complete clean install of google chrome, and the fotomoto problem is gone. I have cleared all history and cache from IE, but the problem still exists.

Strange is that on my wife's pc, same win7 OS, same browser, the photomoto problem is not there!!!

I can check what it looks like for me if you PM me the link to your gallery and login to Imagevue Admin.
It's bit weird that upload button is missing in FF, since this is our main browser. Are you sure you have latest flash player and no flash blockers installed?

Not sure what causes the problem in IE but seems something is on your computer because as you say even on the same software on another computer everything is ok.

The uploader button displays fine here in FF4:

Try to empty cache? I am not sure what this can be, but its not generally FF4.

The fotomoto window seems to work fine here, and I have added various snapshots:

Perhaps wait until final release of Imagevue X2.7, and then empty your caches and re-check all. Imagevue does not set the style/CSS for the Fotomoto window in general, but I am sure Fotomoto are open to receive any bug reports.

Also, I would question why you have set your facebook button with a 1050px left margin though, as this creates a horizontal scrollbar on my small 13" macbook screen. You should substitute "left: 1050px;" to "right: 20px;" or something instead, so that it actually aligns to right side of screen if this is how you want it.
