I have been browsing my web gallery on my friend's mac computer and all fonts in gallery menus are 2x bigger.
I've already checked it on 3 different mac machines....same story
There is no problem with fonts size on any windows browser (firefox, explorer, opera - even safari (windows version)

We work from Apple/mac computers ourselves, and all themes are created to work nicely on Mac also. There are sometimes subtle differences in font style and size, and sometimes a font is not available on one of the platforms.
In your case, I checked your CSS, and you have this:
Vrinda? Never even heard about this font. According to Microsoft, this is an indic script, so I am not sure what it is doing in your latin menu ... Especially when most people won't even be able to see it. I am on Mac, and I see Verdana in font-size 16px ... Just as you have set it in the CSS ...
