description problems

09 Dec 2006, 01:59

hey,

I have two problems with the description of the folders

1. http://www.muellerlohs.de/imagevu/
Landschaft -> Herbst
the poem I put inside would not be shown verry nice, the lines break
not very fine for a poem

Q1: can I change the size of the tooltipbox myself ?

2. I can add the descriptions in an other way than about the
admin-module ? my problem is to save the description-datas
by uploading the website and creating new thumbs by relaunch
the whole gallery. I have the descriptions only on my ftp-server
and not local

Q2: can I create the descr.txt-files local ?
Q3: how can I save the descr.txt-files local ?

thanks for helping
greetings

Not sure about the poem, not seeing it here, but descr.txt are just plain text files - each line is filename[tab]description_text_here so ofcourse you can edit them manually like in notepad or something.

hey,

editing this files descr.txt-files ist not so very easy, beacuse this is a little bit a special version of txt.

however, I get a way saving this decriptions by writing them in admin module, saving data and later making a copy of them into the lokal folder by using the ftp-program.

thanks for helping.

may be, Karl could tell us something about changing the size of the tooltipbox myself ...
