24 Nov 2010, 16:54

Will the upcoming v2.5 have the improved html browsing performance that Karl and pain has been mentioning?

Yes, because the HTML version will also use cached XML instead of excessive server processing.

Ok, I will have to re-confirm release version number, but generally speaking this is a big major release so we were thinking of taking it to 2.5. They do this sometimes when there is a huge release, not big enough for changing the main figure (eg. imagevueX3), but big enough to take it to .5. See for example swfupload2.5 http://www.swfupload.org/news

Ah ok did not know the next release would be 2.5
But nice that is such a major upcoming release.
Looking forward to test it against my ever growing gallery as discussed before with you and Pain.
