hi,

in the config.ini you set the following:

thumbopenwin = popup
popupstyle = slideshow

you then set the options for the slideshow in the slideshowpopupconfig.ini

Hi!

I wonder if anybody could help me in how to set up the Slideshow Module on my web page www.anamarijak.com
It is a simple flash site which has an embedded ImageVuex Gallery when you click on the porfolio link. When I click on any image in the portfolio I would like it to be opened in a new window with a Slideshow Module started.
Anybody knows how to do it?

I think the only option you have is to open the slideshow in a popup window, which seems to resize the window to the size of the image. To do that you set the config options that I mentioned in my message above.

Here's an example:
https://www.photo.gallery/imagevue/?thum ... =slideshow

There isn't any way I can see to have the slideshow opening in a new full size window, if that's what you wanted.

I've set the

And I've started to set the options for the slideshow in the slideshowpopupconfig.ini but got lost in, seems to me, insufficiently clear written instructions. I suppose it all seem very logic for someone that has written the code, but there is "a gap" in the instructions for someone that just needs to change the settings. There are no complete step by step instructions anywhere and it makes me use a lot of time just to figure out what where how. Have to admit that the design is nice.

Karl, I've tried to figured out where should I change/add (?) the code from the viewtopic.php?t=478 topic, but I'm lost.

The result? I have popups but no slideshow. Still trying to figure out how to do it.

Hi Anamarija

First of all, Karl was actually replying to a slightly different query. For what you want to do, you won't need that code.

Secondly, could you post the contents of your config.ini and slideshowpopupconfig.ini files so that we can take a look.

Thirdly, are you using the latest versions of imagevue.swf and slideshowf.swf? They were updated on nov 17.

Finally, you say that the slideshowpopupconfig.ini options are unclear. What exactly do you want to be able to do?

Im really not sure what you are trying to do ....
If you are trying to set up the popup sldieshow to work from imagevue, the config file is already set to work, and you can ffollow the instrucitons given. If you are trying to set up an individual slideshow popup, then follow the topic i posted in previous post.

What I'm trying to get to work is the PopUp SlideShow in my flash site.
I was thinking these past days about what could be the reason that I can't get it work. I got to the conclusion that it could well be because of when my web page was done the friend who did it made some changes in the index.html and the imagevuex.swf files. I'm not quite sure what he's done and do not have enough knowledge to find it out. And no possibility to ask my friend about it since he died in an acccident while he was skiing half a year ago
I've tried to simply change the old files for a new ones. But if I do that my slideshow does not load in my page as it should.

You could well be right, as you're definitely running a previous version of imagevue. Without being able to see your files and examine what your friend did it is hard to say, but I think it should be relatively easy to fix. If you want me to take a look at it, send me a PM.

no, she has a gallery embedded in another flash file (which may be what's making it difficult.

like the music on your site, by the way what is it? (sounds sorta ltj bukem-ish).
