the first folder on my gallery no longer loads... the strange thing is that I have not uploaded anything new to that gallery/folder (01_bodas). www.ottomejia.com/ws is my website.
The do not have problems with my other folders and sections...its just that specific first folder where it just freezes and never loads anything...in some instances it returns a server error:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log."
This same error is always recreated when trying to open or edit the folder through the admin panel.
Checking the error log I see that I have multiple instances of this entry for everytime I get the error:
[Thu Jun 3 23:40:01 2010] [error] [client 165.98.126.128] Premature end of script headers: /var/chroot/home/content/o/t/t/ottomejia/html/ws/imagevue.php
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I am now realizing that I am getting the same 500 server error when trying to do different tasks within the admin panel... for example, adding new folders or images to a new folder, trying to view or edit css style sheet, or recreating thumbnails... It continues to work if I simply hit the reload button on the browser...but my main folder (first folder called 01_bodas) still not showing in either the public gallery or the admin panel... frustrating...please any pointer or help would be appreciated. I am willing to do a complete delete of my imagevue directory and load a fresh installation of if there is a chance it will fix the problem. thanks!
Could you please provide an ftp login/password so we could take a look on your server?
Upd. Now I see it's working, html gallery at least. Did you change anything? Memory? Also I'd recommend to upload less images: http://www.ottomejia.com/ws/?content%2F01_bodas%2F
Upd. Now error 500 again.. And now works again... This is something with hosting 100%, it might be just bit underpowered for the amount of images you've loaded.
Also I notice that something is wrong with Flash gallery and some thumbnails are not created still... I would say – first decrease the amount of images a little bit and contact your hoster on some improved hosting plan.
About flash gallery, looks like some files been modified or css file is missing. Because alternative url http://www.ottomejia.com/ws/index_example.html shows everything fine, but in original http://www.ottomejia.com/ws/ swf is just invisible.
Also this http://drp.ly/18X55J - Imagevue is loading twice and second time it's just some html page. Last time we've seen something like this it was caused by Hotlinking protection enabled in site's control panel. Which as you might guess wasn't working very good.
Interesting that it took few days of emailing back and forth and the hosting guys been denying it might be anything on their side all the time.
