Try restart browser? Restart your computer? Check the settings? I am not quite sure why this happens, perhaps someone else has any advice?

Just checked in IE8, all fine, you dont have a virus or something? Check on other PCs and see what's going on.

yeah I'm getting the same problem. Well, actually in my IE, imagevue just won't load. Blank page and then like it's done. I have fresh win 7 with updates and IE 8 but it doesn't work. I don't need to mention that Firefox works perfectly.

So can anyone check at mali.visoko.si ? thanks

hm another funny thing: if i right click, it's set on loop, then I click play nad it loads basically just the texts and box shapes (without images, even background) menus and audio player and image boxes are there. funny.

my gallery is at www.mali.visoko.si (not finished yet)

also some of my friends tell me, that the site runs very slow for them. can you check that too please, since i want a responsive site. all my images are 1500px at the longer side, do you have any recommendation to lower it or something?

also: how much does the performance depend on the server since it's flash, and as I understand it, server is just needed to download it, everything else is performed on your local computer?

thanks

nice gallery!

I checked your link here, and it seem relatively responsive and not slow. Perhaps it degrades at certain times of the day like some servers often do because of traffic.

There are two factors that relate to the performance: Bandwidth and server-power, and both are linked to the SERVER you are running them from. Imagevue does take some processing power from the server, because it has to generate folder structure in menu and create lists of images on the server-side. It does not relate to flash though, because the flash is run from the client that loads it.

Good server = good, consistent bandwidth + good, consistent processing capacity

Seems like your server might be little bit slow in terms of pushing data out, some images certainly could be smaller, how fast does preload bar fills up on you when you flip images?
