Im about to buy a licence to the software, but on my site I want to remove the flash aspects and just keep to the HTML version of the gallery. I will use the flash version at one point, but at this second I just need the HTML version.
Can someone please tell me how I can remove the flash files so I am just left with the HTML gallery.

P.S Does the HTML gallery come with an AdminCP and does it need to be installed?

Both gallerys are managed from the single admin interface, what you need to do - just change Settings > defaultPage to html and you will have html gallery by default.
If you want total erradication of flash I can give you some more tips on hacking files but I think just using this setting is enough.

Not really ... Remove the SWF, and you are left with a range of php files and other scripta that support the entire system cascading between the html-, flash and admin. You may be able to remove one or other odd *js or *php files, but its not worth it.
