Wow, I hate to be the one to say this, but you're basically complaining that you're not getting help within two hours... Seriously? The guys here at Imagevue are great getting back to anyone who needs support - during normal support business hours.

Why don't you try posting your problems here on the forum, where regular users could/can assist you?

Sorry, sometimes it's talking longer to respond, but usually we reply within a day.

You took some liberties when uploading, renamed imagevue folder and imagevue.php was missing so obviously it wasnt working, hope everything is fine now.
