You can load Imagevue swf into another SWF file, but you must make sure you use Stage.align = "TL" and Stage.scaleMode = "noScale".
You can also change a lot of settings for imagevue from the settings section in admin, including size and position of certain items. Some items you can not simply re-locate though, like the main menu which is aligned to top left.
