MP3 Gallery or Flash Player on a text page?

08 Feb 2009, 14:36

I would like to have a Menu item called "Audio Clips". I was wondering if I can create a MP3 gallery like the FLV one?

or If I cant....I have a xml flash audio player that I would like to put on a text page. Can I do that?

Thanks!

Just upload your mp3 files. If you want to add something like album covers you have to name them as tn_filename.jpg, actually gallery will pre-create default thumbnails for mp3 files, later you can use those as placeholders for your own images (covers).

Thanks but it didnt work. I have the folder as type = folder.

The gallery tries to show but its empty and if I mouseover where the content is supposed to be it just shows the image navbar as 0/0

I think you have to add the option mp3 to includefilesext:
Admin, Config, Settings, includefilesext.

That's right, and additionally, Imagevue will not play them directly in the gallery. Most likely, they will open in new qucitime player windows.
