cant download my pictures from ftp...

i can download the thumbs imagevue created but i cant the original ones...

i must give you my ftp account...i am sorry i cant do that...

i want to backup photos which i uploaded to imagevue content folder...

i can download the pictures which i uploaded with ftp...
but i cant download the ones which i uploaded with admin panel....

i cant change the permissions to 777 of the pictures i uploaded with admin panel...this is the point...
