I understand what you are saying, but I am not sure I understand your question.

You can easily have galleries in two languages with the same pictures:
yourgallery/?language=english
yourgallery/?language=polish

It will be more difficult if you want descriptions for 2 languages for the same pictures. That would require creating another physical contentfolder. For example:

yourgallery/?language=english&contentfolder=content/english/
yourgallery/?language=polish&contentfolder=content/polish/

Unfortunately, that's how it would have to be done. Imagevue supports multiple languages for the interface, because they are not related to the image. Description and titles however, are linked directly to a photo, and you can't have multiple description/titles for each language for each photo.
