Does anyone know if it is possible to style the 'scroll bar' in text pages?

At the moment I can change the colour of the scroll bar by changing the background colour of the text page but I would like it a different colour with a little extra margin between the text container.

Any help would be greatly appricated.

im afraid thats locked to synchronize with the colors of the background :/

We are trying to keep settings at a minimum because its already a confusing configuration.

It is natural to make a CV on a text page of the gallery. But if a scrollbar is not bright enough, nobody will have an idea to scroll down the page. So it would be great to make the scrollbar more bright. Is it possible?

I am a software developer and know PHP, HTML, CSS. Tell me please, what file is responsible for scroll bar color?

Yes, people don't see a scroll bar, they are not ready for it in a flash window. And here is the confirmation:

Scrollbar color was fixed quite some time ago. Goto admin -> edit theme -> textpage.background.scrollbar_color to edit it ...
