Licence questions

09 Jun 2008, 03:45

Hello,

I plan to buy imagevue but I do want to buy the correct licence in order to be in total legality...

In a first time, I want to use imagevue in a single website to show my personal portfolio. I'm not professional photographer so I do not intend to sell photos for now. I think that I have to buy the "Imagevue Private Licence". Right ?

I think I've read somewhere on this forum that, later, when I will want to sell photos, I'll be able to upgrade my licence to the commercial one. Is that true ? What would be the upgrade price ? 150$ - 54$ = 96$ ?

Am I allowed to use imagevue on multiple non-commercial websites with the same "Imagevue Private Licence" or should I buy one licence by website ? For example, can I use also my imagevue on my amateur band's website which I develop (I'm a member of it and all members of the band are unpaid) ?

Thank you very much in advance !

Thank you very much for your help...

Sounds like the Private license is what you want. I'm not sure about the upgrade price for later but running it on separate sites should be fine.
