Is there a way to setup another level of subfolders?
For example: Portfolio/Websites/Laywers
Menu:
Portfolio
Websites
Lawyers
Models
X3Photo Gallery Forums

Unfortunately no - We are going to release a new version within a few months that supports unlimited subfolders. Until then, perhaps your only option is to create "multiple" galleries. Something like this:
yourgallery.com/?contentfolder=portfolio/
yourgallery.com/?contentfolder=somethingelse/
Each "contentfolder" may have groupfolders and then imagefolder which ultimately would create an extra level.
portfolio/Websites/Lawyers/
somethingelse/graphics/illustrations/
yourgallery.com/?contentfolder=portfolio/
