I cant seem to get my audio and buffering into capitals... how can I do this? I have it in caps in the FLA file but does play when uploaded.

You have actually moderated the imagevue FLA source file to change the font? By default, I believe the system sets lowercase on the item added from the lang.ini file.
If you want to remove it from the FLA, you would need to find the line with something like:
.. in the code for the audio...
