Hello!

I have the gallery system and it is very nice! But now I have a problem which I can't fix myself:

If you upload pictures which are horizontally they will show in the thumbnails in the overview completely.

If you upload pictures which are in a portrait format (perpendicularly) the gallery show them not completely. It cut the heads or other parts of the picture.

But I found a gallery where it isn't so:

What is the difference between my gallery and his gallery?

I think it is an config problem?
