Is it possible to have our business logotype always at the top right of the website, instead of the "?". Or maybe to put the logotype inside the tooltip of the "?".

If you want to use a logo, you should integrate it in your backgrond image and perhaps align the background to top left or top right depending on where you want the logo ...
