Unfortunately no - But we are working on a new release which will feature a flexible thumbnails layout scheme so sizes and margins may be controlled.

There is a workaround, but I dont generally recomment it:
#Create your thumbnails smaller by creating them manually, or by editing a few settings in getfile.php. This will lead to smaller thumbnails which will result in margins between the thumbnails in the imagevue layout.
