next problem is that the link in the email isn't active! Users who receive a photo by email, must copy/paste the link... :-/

There would only be 2 possible reasons why link are not clickable from your e-mails:

#1 You have not created the links by HTML as described in the documents: https://www.photo.gallery/support/docs/602 . You must include the <a> tags when creating the link. Ex.: <a href="[gal_url]/?directimage=[path]">[gal_url]/?directimage=[path]</a>

#2 Your e-mail client is not parsing links in e-mails for some reason.

If your still having trouble, please post your entire email template.
