Please email your hoster about that, can't really think of any reason why would anyone want to disable it.

I have maybe the same problem:

I have a root dedicated Server (root rights)

what can I do. PHP Version 5.2.1

before anyone ask: The gallery works great before I upgraded to php 5.2.1 !

The files are all on the webspace.

maybe php 5.2.1 works not with the config.ini code!

Before buying imagevue, I have decided to visit this support forum.

Question of "sittingduck" stay without Answer since 2 mounth !!!

I imagine this Situation for me after buying imagevue.

'No such file or directory' in error reports shows that file is missing. If this issue was not fixed, please supply a link.

It was an PHP error in the php.ini

But maybe another one have this error...

I've just installed imagevue and I have exactly the same problem. I would like to know what's wrong so I can send an email to my administrator.

I've already solved my problem with my admin. 10 days for reply is quite too much and I needed to run it asap.
