Upgrade / missing Order ID

Hi *.*,
I'm currently using Imagevue 2.1.8 and I would like to upgrade to the latest X2 version.
Do I need to re-authorize the instance during the upgrade procedure?
If so: Unfortunately I've seemingly lost the Order ID. Can you somehow provide it to me (given some details like FQDN, Registration E-Mail, etc.)?
