Can't manage website at all....

23 Jul 2014, 23:10

I'm having trouble editing my website. I'm using the latest version. I have two error messages:

"It seems there is an 'open_basedir' restriction in action"

&

"This is some 'hardened php' project which went wrong. You might have to disable it"

My current website is running on an older version of imagevue and it works fine. So, I don't understand what the new version needs me to do. I've changed the permissions in the new version to no avail.

PLEASE HELP!

Are both the websites on the same server? The notifications you are getting are simply implying that your server has "suhosin" installed, and also open_basedir restriction enabled, which both may effect Imagevues capabilities to save items to disk (files, config etc). They do not necessarily mean the admin won't work, but maybe it can't save files ... If you are not getting these notifications on your older Imagevue website, this is because those server limitations are not in place. If you have link and login to your admin, I could take a look ...
