Problem with aspect ratio

Hey all together!
After Setting up my new Gallery I uploaded Pictures with an aspect Ratio of 4752×3168 Pixel without resizing. The thumbnails are shown in the correct aspect but when I click on the thumbnail to open the Picture view I see a rectangular view of my Picture - which is cut off. I want to see the original aspect Ratio - my whole Picture. In the lightbox view everything is fine again.
I tried to Change some Settings in the "Image" section but nothing helped.
Could you please advise?
