I'm new @ imageveu.
My problem is that my videos are placed in a htaccess protected folder.
With my PC I can view the video on the gallery but on my phone it doesn't work.
When i click on the video I get a crossed out Playbutton like on the Image. When I remove the password it works?! I think the problem is the native player from iOS that the player dont use the "password"?! Is there a solution?

Got a link? If the video link is simply opening directly outside Imagevue on the iPhone and the issue still prevails, then it may be we cannot do anything about it ...

The video is within a subfolder of the contentfolder. The galleryfolder is protected with htaccess.

My point being, when an mp4 file is loaded on an iPhone, it basically just opens like any webpage link and plays natively through iOS browser. If for some reason this happens with htaccess, then it is an issue we cannot do much about, since it loads around Imagevue anyway. I wanted to check a link just to see it for myself ...
