Turkish Characters in folder names

Hi, i want to use "Hakkımızda" with foldername as menu. But imagevu gives an error : Use only latin letters, numbers and _ or - symbols in folder name
The folder name is basically a "slug" and you should limit it to basic latin characters for 100% server- and browser compatibility. You can then set the TITLE to anything you want.
1. Create the folder "hakkimizda"
2. After the folder is created, add the TITLE "Hakkımızda", which will always display in the gallery.
