message error & white page

Hi
I have problems with my site :

sometimes for no reason I can't go in the "Admin" I have an error message (see screenshot) and when I want to see my site I have a blank page.
I have not changed or modified the css or something else
I followed your advice, I installed again Imagevue but I still have this problem
I' m forced to use a backup by changing the "admin" folder and "iv-includes" if it doesn't work
I can't continue to work like this
can you help me understand why I have this problem & how to resolve it ?

where can I find this problem please? The current admin folder seems to work ... If its only for latest admin, then please upload it and keep it as "iv-admin" so we can take a look ...

is it correct you have to wait for the problem? Sorry, I have no idea what you mean by that ... You have referred a problem in your post, and I need to see a link to diagnose this problem. I don't know why you have a folder "admin" instead of "iv-admin", and in which case the one that is there now ois working ... if you have another different admin, then add it as "iv-admin" (why do you have another one that isn't working btw)? Hard to understand what you are doing and if you are mixing versions ...

I have one version!
I simply renamed the "iv-admin" folder "admin" for security, but it may be a mistake
I gave the original name "iv-admin"

If you simply renamed it, that should not be a problem ...

I am not sure what the problem is in the first place ... I don't know either why the problem would return if its not there now ... If it does return for some strange reason, then let me know as soon as possible and I will take a look. I can't fix a problem that isn't there!
