Authorize Installation

1. Upgraded to x2.8.10.3
2. Moved to a new domain and server
3. Login to admin and land on 'Authorize Tab'
4. Enter required form details, but 'Sorry your order id or email is not correct' message appears.

What might be wrong?

Sorry for the late reply here ... Did we answer you by email perhaps? This is normally because you try to authorize with an email address that is not identical to the one related to your Imagevue license. What is the order ID and email address you are attempting with? Send by PM if you need ...
