pre-purchase & licensing questions & clarification

Hi,
My client has selected ImageVuex for her photo gallery. I need to clarify a few things before purchasing since there is no trial download for testing.
1) Admin section - client will be able to access and manage her photos this from *her* browser, correct? She doesn't have to have ImageVuex installed on her computer in order to manage her photos, correct?
2) Which license? She's a photographer but does not sell her photos from her photo gallery. There is a link on her site to another site where her clients can view their *own* photos only and I do believe order them from there. Her photos are only viewable on her site in the current gallery which is going to be replaced by ImageVuex. So, can she use the Private License?
For me the term "commercial exploitation" is not only not defined well enough but the word "exploitation" seems like a derogitory word. I'm not quite sure how to take this terminology.
The way this translates to me is that she can use the Private License since people cannot purchase anything at all from her web site. But if say if I were to use it on my site, I do sell my design & hosting services and would use ImageVue to display my portfolio but people cannot purchase from my portfolio area. Is this considered "commercial exploitation" and require commercial licensing? Or does it just mean selling a direct product from the ImageVuex area?
3) Does one actually need to use the Flash program in order to use ImageVuex say for customization purposes - it seems one can just do everything from the admin section. There are no FAQ's for this - still in the works so - I have to ask even if my questions sound dumb, but I need to be sure before spending my client's money!
Thanks for your replies.
