It seems you know how to change the logo. Settings > Menu > Mainmenu > Menu Logo:
But what do you mean by 'move'? I believe it appears above the menu, and the width of the logo will determine the width of the menu.
Where do you want it instead?

You have set the Logo in the MENU. You can move the logo to another location, but then it will NOT be attached to the menu like that obviously (so I am not sure why you added the logo to the menu like that in the first place). So first of all, remove your logo from the menu.
To add a logo to the top of screen, first go to admin -> themes -> edit your theme (or create a copy of the one you are using). In theme settings, first upload your logo:

... then go to style->background-image-3, enable it and in the dropdown selector, choose the image you just uploaded.

I thought you wanted to REMOVE the logo from the menu? You have done that, so the menu will need to have its own event+text+button area if it is to function. I thought your idea was to move the logo to the middle top or something ... First you need to figure out which one you want:
#A - The logo can be part of the menu, like you had before, and will control the hover state.
#B - Set the logo as part of the background like you have now, but then it has nothing to do with the menu ... You cant remove the "text" in the menu and the menu graphic, because then the menu will not be there. Why not place the logo in the middle of screen if you are using this solution? As mentioned, if you want the logo as part of the menu, you will need to revert to the previous state where the logo was part of the menu.
