Hy there!

I was tryint to access my MP3 folder yesterday on the admin panel and I got an Internal server error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@studiob.tripodart.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have no idea why is happening, running on Imagevue X2.8.7
I tryed again today and get same problem.
By the way, I was able to upload a file to the folder by ftp

Upgrading to the latest version may fix this, that is why we keep on releasing updates to patch small glitches which may occur on some servers. In any case, it is hard to tell the exact reason without having access to the server.

Hello, thanks for your answer, it's nice to know there is someone helping!

Anyway I solved the problem without upgrading : Just delited the .xml file in the mp3 folder and the problem was solved.
