Lost ID, no reaction on support request!

Hi,-

please let me know my ID or how I get it back or where I can see it - I did send a support request with some issues but not with id and got no response, so I send again with that ID.

Our last support email from you was 27. November 2011, we don't have anything new by email.

What is your ID or email you used for your Imagevue account? Even for your emails I am going through from 2011, you did not include any account details. There is no account tied to the email tigerduck@ or name Thorsten either. We need some details to find the original order ID — date? name? email?
