Yes this is possible! First you have to activate the link attribute in settings/settings/attributes, then you will get a link field next to the image in your gallery where you have to put the lightbox code like "javascript:lightbox('path/image.jpg')"

I triend that now... but it still opens the picture like normal gallery =/
this is lightbox link that i used for video
javascript:lightbox('http://player.vimeo.com/video/14900599?autoplay=1', {iframe:true, innerWidth:'640', innerHeight: '360'})

like in your demo gallery for video files...
I would like that lightbox with video link opens (youtube or vimeo) when i click on photo thumb...

I don't see any where in our demo gallery where we have thumbnails that link to Youtube videos. You can set links (menu and text) to open youtube/vimeos though. In our demo gallery, we open local-hosted videos in lightbox:

This is solved, just for the record – Thumbnails > Thumbnail > Click should be set to Link.
