Hello, why the app Icon Logo dont Shows on iphone 4 or 4s?

Is that only my Problem or a General Bug?

With iphone 5 its been Shown..

I Mean the Icon which is loading when i am tapping the Gallery To my homescreen..

It should be visible on any iOS device, they use the same iOS version and if you can see the logo on iPhone 5, you should see it on iPhone 4(S).
