I believe that the spam coming from the comments is pushed by the users (human), not the bots.
I don't know many bots that may fill the flash forms (If they even exists) ...
If so, captcha would not prevent the spam in any way.
If the user may fill the comments form, then he also may easily fill the captcha

I tend to agree with Artur ... Spam bots dont/cant use the flash interface, so if you get spam at all, this is likely humans.
