Audio play at repeated visits?

Hi,
I have noticed that when a visitor comes to my site the first time, the audio plays perfectly. But when they are repeat visitors, the audio will not play unless they have cleared their browsing history. Increasing the number of plays in settings> Audioplayer does not solve this problem. Is there a fix whereby I can be assured that every time anyone repeatedly comes to my site, they hear the short audio?
Thanks again,
Ninad

I am not sure where you get those test results from. Imagevue audio works like this:
Imagevue will remember the play state of the audio player for a visitor. Next time they visit the gallery, if the audio was NOT playing, then the audio will NOT autostart. Why? Because this is an indicator that the visitor does not want audio playing. If the audio was playing when the visitor last visited the gallery before he navigated away from page, then the audio player will auto start on next visit also.

This can be confirmed in our demo gallery.

You have set the audio to not loop I assume? This means that when the audio stops, it will not re-start on next visit.

So translating your answer: Set the Audioplayer to loop infinitely ( i.e. a value of 0) and it will load ever time.
Thanks.

Correct.
