Video player problem

Hello,
I must start from the beginning ... and that is giving my great congratulations for a so good job, I really like Imagevue, it is easy to install, to configure and has an interface clean and stylish. Thank you very much.
Now the problem:
I can't play videos from my gallery
I convert them to MP4 / H.264 and when I click them on the gallery, the lightbox window show up and start to load the video, but it keeps downloading forever. I tried to downsize it (original video clip 43MB, frist shrink version 13MB, second one 5.7MB) I know it is big and may take some time to download.... but it never does.
Do you have any ideas?
BTW, I have three subdomains with three galleries and in two of them I can't open a image with lightbox. When I am viewing a picture and I select & click with the left button the lightbox icon, it saids that can't load the image.
