Sorry we're trying our best, Powerpack is a project by an independent developer who made it in a spare time. Artur on forum when he has time, but he admitted that keeping up with support requests is something impossible for him at the moment.

Yesterday I tried to install 2.2.2 on Power Pack Imagevue latest version but to no avail. Is there a solution? Or am I doing something wrong?

Hi there.

Where did you try to login? What admin?
You have to login to the powerPack installator/manager (www. your_gallery.com/extras/powerPack/). Login and remember yourself in the instalator, then go back to the gallery news page and you'll see the button.

I'm sorry but I'm just regular imagevue user, like you. Not an developer. I work physically at full-time and the powerPack (programing) is only a hobby for me.
I share it for the other imagevue users like me.
Again, I'm really sorry that I have no time to help you at the time you wish.

Just checked the PP with the latest imagevue and both works flawlessly.
Try to upload a fresh copy of the imagevue into a "test" folder, install the powerPack and check the results.
