What is the HTML language to add a 2mm colored frame around my image in a textpage?

This would be possible in html with some css, but unfortunately a flash textfield (as used in Imagevue text pages), do not support "borders" and css for anything else than text formatting.

Instead, you need to make the border directly on the image in photoshop before you upload it.
