Hi,

I have a awesome idea

I'd love to have the option to add various ribbons to my thumbnails like 'Featured', 'Hot', 'New'
This is especially great when you don't sort your gallery descending from new to old and still want your visitors to attract attention to those projects you want them to see.

here are some examples if what i mean;

This would of course look nice, but a bit outside the scope of the Imagevue flash gallery. How would you assign the "featured" graphic to each image?

This could be a cool feature for new images.
So images uploaded within last 2 weeks or a set timeframe would have new sign on thumbnails

Well, the way that i use Imagevue is not for images but for youtube vids.. and since my default startview for a folder is the thumbnail view i'd only like them on my thumbnails.. If i have personal favourites i would label them as featured and if a viddy is hot on youtube i would label it likewise in imagevuex. Of course the same for new vidz. I would'n mind assigning them all by hand, by checking a box somewhere and uncheck it when i want the label gone.

We will need to look into this. The challenge is not to apply the ribbon graphic ... The challenge is to find a feasible way to assign the graphic to images through some process.
